Standard Terms of Service
Welcome to KST Manufacturers. By accessing our services, requesting a physical prototype sample, or placing an industrial bulk purchase order with our facility, you explicitly agree to fulfill and stand bound by the following terms and operational conditions outlined below.
1. Wholesale Production & Orders
All procurement transactions processed by KST Manufacturers constitute explicit manufacturing arrangements optimized for corporate and retailer distributions. Standard bulk orders are processed and finalized inside 10 working days, entirely subject to technical design metrics and material supply pipeline constraints.
2. Manufacturing Specifications & Approvals
Clients are requested to supply complete reference sample images or clear design briefs prior to manufacturing. Once a physical structural prototype layout is produced and signed off by the procurement team or client, full volume manufacturing will begin. KST Manufacturers cannot be held accountable for dimensional variations resulting from unclear original briefs after client verification matches the signed-off prototype.
3. Settlement & Financial Matrices
Payment allocations are required in full before the final completed product runs are permitted to clear our factory floor or get processed for dispatch. Credit options are evaluated solely on formal business credit applications for verified B2B relationships.
4. Product Dispatches & Returns
If an industrial production batch fails to align accurately with our documented quality benchmarks, you remain fully entitled to register a rectification query. Our logistics handlers use tracked freight arrangements to ensure on-time metrics directly to your facility.
